2. Services Offered

2.1 Funding Partnerships

OVG forms partnerships with businesses to provide funding through revenue generated by proprietary trading. Your business will be incorporated into this partnership as a subsidiary to allow strategic alignment and profit-sharing.

2.2 Partnership Model

You retain full ownership and control of your existing business.

OVG does not take any equity stake, require repayments, or impose long-term investments.

Our Silent Partnership approach allows you to focus on building your business without interference in the partnership’s day-to-day trading operations.

2.3 Revenue Generation

OVG uses capital provided by third-party proprietary trading firms to generate profits.

These firms assume 100% of trading risks, ensuring you and OVG are not exposed to financial losses.

2.4 Profit Sharing

75% of profits generated through the partnership are distributed to you.

OVG retains the remaining 25% to sustain operations and improve services.

2.5 Additional Services

OVG also provides accounting, tax preparation, market research, IT support, and access to real-time trading tools. These services are included based on your chosen service level.

3. User Responsibilities

By entering a partnership with OVG, clients agree to the following responsibilities:

3.2 Compliance

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Service Fees

An initial setup fee of $597 and a one-time Partnership Enrollment Fee of $4,497 apply. These fees are deducted from the first profit withdrawal rather than requiring upfront payment.

4.2 Profit Distributions

Profit distributions occur monthly after the trading period concludes. These distributions are calculated based on the agreed-upon profit-sharing model.

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments and distributions are processed electronically via secure methods, such as bank transfers, to ensure reliability and efficiency.

4.4 Refunds

Service fees, once deducted, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1 Mediation Process

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the partnership will be resolved through mediation under Wyoming state law. Parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disagreements before initiating mediation.

5.2 Jurisdiction

The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute will be in the courts of Wyoming unless otherwise agreed in writing.

OVG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified at least [30] days prior to changes taking effect.

By continuing to use OVG services following an update, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you may terminate your partnership without penalty as outlined in your Service Agreement.

7. Termination of Services

7.1 Client Termination

Clients may terminate their partnership by providing 30 days’ written notice. Termination terms, including refund eligibility, will be detailed in your Operating Agreement.

7.2 OVG Termination

OVG reserves the right to terminate a partnership for breach of these Terms, non-compliance with legal obligations, or other material violations at its sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Financial Risks

Clients do not bear any financial risks from OVG's trading activities. Proprietary trading firms fully assume trading risks as part of our model.

OVG is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses related to missed profit opportunities or operational challenges.

8.2 Service Interruption

OVG is not liable for delays or interruptions in services caused by unforeseen technical issues, regulatory changes, or other unavoidable circumstances.

8.3 Indemnity

Clients agree to indemnify and hold OVG harmless from claims or liabilities arising out of their business operations or user misuse of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
